Permits & Forms

• Pick up a permit application at City Hall or print off one below.
• Complete application and worksheet and return to City Hall along with permit fee.
• Wait for approval by Building Inspector. Please allow 7 business days for processing of permit.
• Pick up approved permit before starting the project. Permit must be displayed at site.
• Contact City Hall after each step is completed in order to ensure project is moving along properly. These steps include footings, foundations, framing, wiring, plumbing, heating and insulation, as well as completion of project.
• You can now pay your Building Permit online if you know the amount!
